Near many tourist destinations, like petronas twin tower, which was 15 minutes walk away. The location was good, only 10 minutes on foot from Bukit Bintang train station. The staff was friendly at the hotel

Only one negative aspect was mentioned in the reviews, and that was the poor Wi-Fi connection.

The room was quite large and was bright, the beds were comfortable. There was a huge fridge. We had a room to the parking lot, so it was also quiet.
The carpet was a bit shabby and so was the bathroom, but as everything was clean and therefore acceptable for the price.

Located close to Bitak Bintang this was a great place to stay. The rooms were plain but had a large tv and great shower. Fair value for money overall.
we couldnt check in when we first arrived even though it was almost 5pm and check in was at 2pm as they said our room was not clean yet. Room was very noisy too. The sheets and towels both had stains on them too.

The Christmas decorations in the lobby and common areas were impressive, creating a festive atmosphere. The hotel's central location provided easy access to shopping and dining options in the area. The room rate was affordable.
Our room was a huge disappointment. The bed was uncomfortable, the linens were old and rough, and the pillows were lumpy.

Its location.
For the price it charges, the lobby should be more comfortable and the parking site in better condition-bumpy with potholes.

The location is great, near Bukit Bintang centre, monorail station, Jalan Alor - Food Street.
Facilities are old, service is satisfactory, although we had to call 2 times to ask for toilet papers, the toilet keeps running water everytime flushing

I really made refresh in this hotel. During my trip, I`ve really enjoyed with the space of this hotel. Unfortunately I could not saty more than 1 night because of my time and money. In terms of room price, I saw less price in booking online including tax and others, but when I reached there the price was more than my consideration.
No, everything was fair except of room price..Maybe because of public holiday and highseason...
